On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. Our center accommodates 300 residents. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Greenbriar is a leading provider of Medicare/Rehab services in New Hampshire. We have a large Medicare-certified unit and we strive to meet the needs of individuals so they may receive benefits to which they are entitled. Our Rehab Department has a record of success in being able to discharge patients home.
We recently changed the name of our nursing and rehabilitation center for short-term patients to Gate City Rehab. The rehab and nursing services that have been offered for more than 10 years at Greenbriar will continue. However, there will be some additions to the program, including a transitional room for family members to stay over a night or two prior to the patient being discharged home (when appropriate), a spa program, educational resource room, and computer access for patients. Individuals who might benefit include those who have had a recent stroke, fracture, health condition, surgery, infection or other medically complex condition.

Overview
Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare is a short-term and long-term care facility located in Nashua, New Hampshire. We offer short-term nursing and rehabilitative patient care as well as long-term resident care at various levels including Alzheimer's resident care. We received a deficiency free rating from the state for the years 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007. Greenbriar Terrace is a 2010 recipient of the American Health Care Association’s Silver Quality Award.
It's the little touches that make a place feel like home. You will feel it from the moment you enter our Grand Lobby. You will feel it as you meet our staff and talk to the residents.
We provide personal laundry service, shopping assistance and meal service. We offer hair appointments in our own Beauty Salon. We offer cable television, including the premium sports channel for enthusiasts.
