Dear Friends and Families of Greenbriar Terrace:

You recently participated in a survey conducted by MyInnerview, which rates our services provided to your loved ones. The facility management uses this information to develop the programs that support the care of our residential population.  Specifically, the comments are anonymous and show trends with how we rate among our peers in a variety of services.

During the last survey only 129 responses were received and it became evident in the review of the comments that some families are dissatisfied with one or more areas or our services.  Due to the anonymity of the comments, we cannot directly address a specific concern or implement a suggestion brought forward in the survey comments. It is our desire as the Management Team of Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare to provide a level of care through our services that meet you and your loved ones expectations.  

The Management Team of Greenbriar Terrace would like to hear from you directly with regards to your concerns.  Listed below are the e-mail addresses of our Management Team members.  If you would like to review or comment on a specific area feel free to directly e-mail or call the respective management team member.   Additionally, over the next few weeks some of the Department Managers may be calling to seek feedback with regards to our services.
